Description
Provide coaching and guidance to management and HR leaders in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to: Recruiting, Partner and labor relations, retention, employment law, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, development, policy and procedure, administration, and dispute resolution.

- Partner Relations
- Coaches defined client group concerning HR functional areas.
- Gathers and summarizes relevant facts regarding company and HR programs, processes and policies.
- Interprets relevant information regarding company and HR programs, processes and policies and makes routine recommendations on appropriate actions.
- Deployment of initiatives
- Manages one or more components of career path.
- Deploys established processes and procedures as defined by HR functional areas.
- Strategic Partnering
- Understands the company goals and business strategies to effectively participate in cross-functional project/program.
- Participates in change initiatives and understands how they align with our goals and strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field or comparable experience
- PeopleSoft experience preferred
- Communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to Operations
- Knowledge of Labor Relations
- Bilingual a plus
