Provide coaching and guidance to management and HR leaders in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to: Recruiting, Partner and labor relations, retention, employment law, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, development, policy and procedure, administration, and dispute resolution.

Accountabilities of this position include:

• Partner Relations
• Coaches defined client group concerning HR functional areas.
• Gathers and summarizes relevant facts regarding company and HR programs, processes and policies.
• Interprets relevant information regarding company and HR programs, processes and policies and makes routine recommendations on appropriate actions.
• Deployment of initiatives
• Manages one or more components of career path.
• Deploys established processes and procedures as defined by HR functional areas.
• Strategic Partnering
• Understands the company goals and business strategies to effectively participate in cross-functional project/program.
• Participates in change initiatives and understands how they align with our goals and strategies.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field or comparable experience
• PeopleSoft experience preferred
• Communication and presentation skills
• Exposure to Operations
• Knowledge of Labor Relations
• Bilingual a plus
