We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Recruiter.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Full life cycle recruitment including strategies, methods, sourcing, qualification, selection, pre-employment verification, offer, close and on-boarding/orientation.
  • Source and recruit for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions in the areas of IT, finance, underwriting, actuarial and administrative support.
  • Collaborate with hiring manager to determine staffing needs, sourcing strategies, interview process and selection criteria.
  • Manage recruitment resources to achieve cost-per-hire and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Prepare recruiting reports, identify recruiting trends and sources, and analyze results of recruiting strategies.
  • Identify, develop and maintain productive relationships with key candidate sources, including networks, publication media professionals, educational organizations, and professional and diversity organizations.  
  • Ensure proper documentation of recruitment processes adhering to legal, regulatory, and company regulations.
  • Contribute to program development initiatives to improve processes, systems and measures.

 

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle, high volume recruitment experience; specific expertise in the areas of sourcing, recruiting, and relationship management
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment at all levels of the organization with emphasis on financial recruitment
  • Highly skilled in creating credible business partnerships both within and outside of the organization to attract and retain talent
  • Strong technology aptitude and direct experience with candidate search databases and applicant tracking systems required; sourcing experience to include data mining, internal/external job board search, professional organizations, etc.
  • Ability to think “outside of the box” embrace change, and suggest creative innovative solutions as it relates to the business needs
  • Ability to multi-task within a deadline oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
