Responsibilities
In this in-house only (no remote or virtual recruiting) role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment. You will recruit for various open positions throughout the organization. Specifically, you will:
- work with managers to determine hiring needs.
- identify candidates through established and newly identified channels (i.e. job boards, referrals, database mining, ect.).
- market the company to candidates; developing a sense for what sells in this market and how to package our positions and opportunities.
- work closely with candidates throughout the process; assume responsibility for their progression and transition through the recruiting process, gauge interest and identify any possible concerns.
- deliver excellent customer service and responsive communication with internal business groups.
- prepare weekly pipeline reports.
To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills/experience:
- 2 to 5 years recruiting experience.
- At least one year corporate onsite full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates by approaching all work with integrity and commitment.
- Creativity and resourcefulness to find unique skill sets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
