As Senior Director, Talent Acquisition for ARAMARK’s Healthcare Group (‘Healthcare’) you will align and integrate the company’s talent acquisition strategic framework, infrastructure, and programs in support of the business goals/objectives and talent needs within this operating business. 
This individual will drive further integration and adoption of talent acquisition processes and tools within the business (featuring ‘TA One’ behavioral adoption and conversion), and align the functional resources in Healthcare to deliver talent for niche and regional client groups throughout the United States..
The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition will report to the Vice President, Human Resources for Healthcare, with a functional reporting relationship to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition for the North American Food, Hospitality & Facility Services Group (NAFHFS), and will partner with senior HR leadership and the Healthcare executive team across the country to continue to build and support talent acquisition and talent management initiatives. 
This role is based out of our Corporate Headquarters office located in Philadelphia, PA, with responsibility for a team of approximately 14 Talent Acquisition team members (geographically dispersed throughout the United States). 
15-25% travel will be required in this role to include attendance at regional and national operations meetings, events in participation with the enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, and conference, external networking and industry events.
Specifically this individual will be accountable for the following:
  • Partner with HR Vice President to develop and implement a talent pipeline strategy that ensures future talent needs are being met and a continuous flow of candidates is established via relational recruitment tactics, proactive recruiting sourcing, establishing companies as ‘talent targets’, and utilization of search firm partners (where applicable). 
  • Provide oversight, coaching, and development of Talent Acquisition Managers and expand predatory recruiting capability to drive pipeline/predatory/passive/referral recruiting efforts
  • Provide leadership to the business to drive the alignment and adoption of the ARAMARK’s talent acquisition model, ensuring consistency in the approach to communicating the company’s Employment Value Proposition, leveraging our Employment Brand, and providing a consistent ‘candidate experience’ for talent at all levels.
  • Coordinate, implement, and support effective and efficient succession planning process across the business including partnering with regional HR teams to develop better linkages to facilitate the movement of internal talent.
  • Work with HR Leadership and Global Talent Acquisition team to closely align processes and initiatives with enterprise-wide metrics and activity tracking to deliver accurate and effective measures, and to depict trends, as well as identifying additional areas of measurement to improve talent acquisition performance.
  • Lead and delegate search process for Director and Pre-Executive level (Band 5-8) positions.
  • Manage candidate inventory in our ATS (Taleo) to ensure compliance with government regulations (OFCCP) and hiring practices and continuously leverage the system to manage the entire candidate process
  • Introduce new Contact Management tool (AIRS SourcePoint) to manage contact networks ongoing, and drive talent pipeline for Healthcare business.

Qualifications
The successful candidate, will posses the following minimum requirements to be considered as a qualified applicant for this position:
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. 
  • Approximately 10-15 years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience with proven results in a full-life cycle recruiting environment managing a large de-centralized or field based function.
  • Experience from the executive search and/or contingency-based recruiting firms highly desired
  • Ideal candidate will have a blend of both search firm and corporate talent acquisition leadership experience.
  • Proven leadership, management and interpersonal skills, with a track record in talent assessment, change management, and cultural transformation working with senior leadership at all levels.
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • A client-service consultative orientation.
  • Attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through on commitments and ability to drive accountability within your team.
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc) .
  • Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible, adaptable team player.
In addition, candidates possessing the following skills are desirable, but are not required for consideration:
  • Industry experience ideally from distributed operating businesses (with multi-site, multi-unit operating environments) such as consumer retail, fast food, casual dining, retail and/or hospitality industries.
  • Experience with an Enterprise-level ATS solution – Taleo experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with other Talent Acquisition technology (CMS, internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technology).
  • Experience in client engagement/client management (Business Development side and the execution side of the search firm world) either from a retained executive search or contingency search firm environment would be very beneficial.
