BASIC FUNCTION: Designs, develops and implements programs, tools, training and other materials to support the field in recruiting college interns and full-time Financial Representatives across the distribution system. Independently leads smaller projects with responsibility for managing the project scope, risks, and budget, and/or participates on larger projects to implement recruiting and selection programs and tools with the field, Delivers consultative services to Managing Partners, Managing Directors, Field Directors, College Unit Directors, and Recruiters to improve processes and systems related to recruiting and selection. Follows through to ensure successful implementation and achievement of measurable results.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, or related field required. Minimum five years of progressively responsible work experience is required. Minimum one year of experience leading and consulting on projects that impact or involve NM’s field or in external recruiting. Demonstrated experience developing solutions and/or programs to address field needs. Track record of executing programs from design through achievement of measurable results. Proven ability to develop actionable strategies, and implement sustainable change. Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to gain rapport, persuade, and use judgment when dealing with various levels of Home Office and field management. Ability to travel 30% of the year.
