Strategic & Technical Orientation: Deep understanding and vision of the strategic objectives and sourcing needs. Possess and demonstrate deep experienced sourcing and executive search subject matter expertise. Contributes to the development of new subject matter and sourcing project management.

Range of Impact: Virtual presence in every market in support of our firm-wide experienced sourcing activities. Resolves complex problems by continuously applying significant independent judgment and by collaborating with others. deep understanding and vision of the customer needs and experienced sourcing opportunities.

Scope of Responsibility: Sourcing of experienced candidates locally and works closely with the national experienced sourcing team. Responsible for the short-term sourcing initiatives and the strategic long-term external sourcing relationships. Manages moderate financial resources associated with experienced Sourcing budget, agency relationships and monitoring and the sourcing risk management.

Strategy Planning & Analytics:  Identify candidate needs and source candidates across all direct, referral and agency contacts.   Communicate and support the Employee Referral Program.

Sourcing:

Act as the point Manager in the joint experienced sourcing/alumni initiative by hiring 25% alumni rehires

Close coordination with the Alumni Relations liaison team to drive initiatives and programs to achieve desired results and manage the related performance metrics

Maintain strong working relationships with Client Service and HR Leaders and colleagues

Work with the Experienced Recruiting (ER) Diversity Leader and ER Diversity liaisons to assist experienced sourcing to achieve xLoS minority hiring objectives by driving innovative sourcing strategies

Demonstrates the ownership of sourcing candidates to potentially reduce the involvement of outside executive search organizations

Execute sourcing activities

Liaison with Global Mobility team regarding hiring needs in the market (e.g., to post local hiring needs globally, etc.)

Maintain a network for potential candidates within the market

Minimum +7 years recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services firm that demonstrates steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities.  Prior technology recruiting experience.  Candidate must be located within the Chicago market and able to be present in the downtown office on a daily basis.     This position is for a full time employee opportunity.   

Bachelor's degree required.
