We are currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our corporate team.  This individual will be a key member of our recruiting team by pro-actively sourcing, identifying, qualifying and recruiting physicians, mid-levels, nurses, and all ancillary staff who meet the needs and requirements of CRAssociates, Inc. To perform this job successfully, candidates must have: * Three to five years (3-5) of previous healthcare recruitment experience. * Outstanding communication skills; must possess the ability to present information and respond to questions from prospective physician and mid-level candidates. * High degree of judgment and independent decision making with regards to candidate qualifications. * Ability to source candidates through various methods including cold-calling, data mining, and referrals. * Proficient in Human Resource Systems, Word/Excel, and the internet. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. * Government contracting experience strongly preferred.
