Its Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasures (ATIRCM) is the next-generation, directable, laser and lamp-based countermeasure that protects aircraft against heat-seeking missile threats - and the advanced sensors in the ATIRCM's counterpart Common Missile Warning system (CMWS) provide missile warning capabilities. Individual will be report to the Electronic Warfare Line of Business Information Assurance Manager and will be responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable security regulations for one or more classified programs. Design and successfully execute an IT security program which exceeds customer expectations, and minimizes security risks. Applies a comprehensive knowledge of information technology security principles, practices and procedures to develop, implement, and manage the overall information system security program to support a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), Facility Security Officer (FSO) and/or a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO). Ensures assigned Information Systems (IS) are properly managed, according to the DOD NISPOM, Overprint to the NISPOM Supplement, Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6/3, and/or the Joint Air Force-Army-Navy 6-3, and other security directives as required. Duties will include, but not limited to, writing and developing information systems security plans, performing configuration management and IS audits. Individual will be in a liaison role with program management personnel and government customers, and be able to respond to short-notice tasks and provide security engineering and integration services to internal and external customers. Individual must be able to troubleshoot complex, network security issues and articulate program technical information. Configure and work with encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and conduct information technology security research. Bachelors degree in applicable field of study. Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, NISPOM Overprint, DCID, and JAFAN. Professional organization affiliation and participation. Understanding of systems security certification and accreditation requirements. Demonstrated understanding of multiple IT platforms Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a self-starter/entrepreneur and as part of a team. Requires strong customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
