Catalyst Recruitment Partners is a Retained Executive, Technical and Management search firm based in the Chicago suburbs representing global companies in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, and Consumer Manufactured Goods markets. Our work environment is fast paced, project oriented and all activities are centered on our ability to satisfy our diverse retained client base.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Research and Database Director.

The Director will manage a three person candidate research and name generation team and a three person confidential database team, both of which are focused on supporting our four person, client centered recruiting group.

The Director would be expected to use his or her previous experience to continue to improve our ability to service our clients.

In the database area, he or she should not only be an excellent tactician, with ability to assess, evaluate and manipulate large amounts of data but also a strategist who can design state-of-the-art contact tracking systems and procedures within the existing software infrastructure and plan expansion strategies.

In the research area, he or she should be completely up to date with all candidate generation research tools and should be prepared to continue to drive to leading edge sourcing practices. He or she should be able to partner with a recruiter to drive specific, on point research with the overall goal of search efficiency.

He or she should be a strong leader with excellent team mentoring and people development skills. Since we work in a virtual office environment (in home-based offices) communication skills, work ethics and commitment must be exceptional.  Requirements Qualifications

• BS/BA is expected
• MBA strongly preferred
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a larger public company is desirable
• A minimum of 5 years within executive search is expected
• Demonstrated understanding of the latest research tools and sourcing methodologies is       expected
• Experience with in-house and off the shelf database systems is expected
• Experience in leading teams and managing people is important
