Description:

Source, screen, interview and make candidate recommendations to hiring managers in diverse client groups.
Creatively source candidates; ensure vendors and other sources are appropriately screened and their services appropriately retained. 
Screen, test and interview candidates; ensure that all appropriate pre-employment requirements are satisfied before extending offers. 
Ensure background checks and pre-employment drug screens are completed before extending offers.
Extend offers on behalf of the Company and hiring manager in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Use electronic/ web-based recruitment tools as required 
Update Applicant Tracking System in a timely manner to ensure the system accurately reflects requisition and candidate activity.



Qualifications:
 

4-8 years experience in recruiting non-exempt and exempt individual contributor positions AND manager positions throughout a diverse organization 
Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and communication skills 
Demonstrated experience with eletronic/web recruitment tools 
Ability to simultaneously manage 30 open positions 
Demonstrated ability to effectively work autonomously
Prefer applied knowledge of Gallup tools and profiles.

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field of study. Recruitment certification preferred.
