Assignment Capsule
As a Human Resources recruiter you will: source and hire top talent, securing associates who will help deliver on Humana’s strategy and improve business outcomes.  You will also establish relationships with HR consultants, jointly consulting with business area leaders to identify their needs and design appropriate human capital solutions.

  • Analyze local market forces, using your understanding to effectively and accurately advise business leaders about staffing projections
  • Promote human capital and workforce planning initiatives within the business-at-large
  • Execute Humana’s Talent Acquisition model while continually implementing best-practices
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies and tactics that are consistent with broader organizational objectives
  • Manage special projects when necessary

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting and staffing, with both corporate and executive search firm positions
  • Demonstrated experience with full life-cycle recruiting

Role Desirables

  • Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries
  • Previous experience using formalized applicant tracking systems
  • Previous experience supporting Actuarial business units
