This is your opportunity to be part of our team! We are a very fast growing organization looking for recruiting professionals to help us meet our hiring needs in our Midwest facilities. As our Sr. Recruiter/Lead Recruiter, you will provide experience in proactively prospecting, identifying, and recruiting qualified candidates using various modalities including; extensive internet mining, advertisement (various media), cold-calling, career fairs, and extensive networking. To be considered for this unique opportunity you will need: · Experience recruiting in a high volume, non-exempt, fast paced environment (call/contact center or manufacturing experience a plus)· Five to seven years of strong recruiting/sourcing experience in a combined corporate or professional staffing agency environment· Two years prior supervisory experience in a HR function· Must have experience in developing and executing recruiting processes, procedures, and best practices· Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and a champion of change management· Possess strong presentation skills· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Management, or other related field
