As Bermuda’s largest management consulting and outsourcing company, Expertise is retained by many employers to provide recruitment, immigration, relocation and outplacement services, particularly for the financial services industry.  We are presently seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team of recruitment consultants. The vacant position is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process for a portfolio of clients. In addition to planning and executing candidate searches, the successful candidate will be eager to engage in business development activities. 

At a minimum, applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:

1. At least 3 years in a similar position within a recruitment search firm, including experience building a client portfolio and managing client relationships
2. A university degree or an internationally recognized professional qualification in recruitment/human resources (e.g. PHR or SPHR; CHRP or CIPD)
3. Experience with recruitment database applications
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills  

The ideal candidate may be an outstanding agency recruiter who is troubled by the inner workings of the recruitment agency industry.
