We are a rapidly growing Rehab Management company and are expanding our New York staffing business. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key contributor as we grow regionally and nationally. Your primary role will be to source and screen candidates for perm, per diem and travel assignments in the NY market. You will also assist with client development efforts and will work closely with leadership to help us refine our service offerings.

We are looking for a recruiter with knowledge of and relationships in the New York market; at least 3 years experience recruiting therapists for perm, per diem and travel positions; and the understanding that cold calling is a critical aspect of the role. Must be self motivated and organized, and have the ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility on the phone. You will be expected to provide recruiting metrics weekly. Experience with client development and home care recruiting highly desirable.

We are headquartered in Maryland, so this position will work from a home office.
