JOB DESCRIPTION
Valoure is seeking a qualified Executive Search Consultant to join our team in a Leadership Role. Valoure is a dynamic organization with an aggressive vision that is continually being recognized on the forefront of our industry. This person will play a key role in the development and execution of our company’s strategy and goals.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish, build and maintain quality relationships
• Actively seek new business development opportunities
• Source, profile and qualify prospects and candidates
• Contribute ideas to improve business process to ensure a progressive environment
• Project Management Responsibilities
• Research & Assessment of Industry Technologies
• Participate in Launching a New Social Community within the Recruitment Industry
• Increase Branding of Firms additional services (Certification Programs, Retain Search, Hourly Recruitment Outsourcing, RPO, VMO, Etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 -5 years of Direct-Hire, Contingency Recruitment Experience
• Proven success servicing Management to C-Level Positions
• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified client and candidate leads
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proven ability to act as a team player
• Detail oriented
• Results driven
• Previous experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System
• Knowledge of internet sourcing tools
• Strong Business Acumen
• Proven recognition as a top performer
• Continually showcases professional development
• Minimum of Bachelors Degree
