Firm is searching for highly motivated, charismatic recruiting professionals
with beverage industry experience. The candidate will seek out, interview, and screen
applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within a client
organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain relationships
with hiring managers and management teams to stay abreast of current and future
hiring and business needs.
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work
history, training, education, and job skills.
-Communicate with beverage clients to establish key goals & objectives
- Perform searches
for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer
databases, networking, Internet
recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and referrals.
- Contact applicants to inform them of
employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
- Inform potential
applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career
opportunities in client
organizations.
- Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the client organization, making hiring recommendations.
- Preparing candidates for Interview process (Mock Interviews & Client Presentation)
- Arrange for interviews and
provide travel arrangements as necessary.
-Metric/Status Reporting
Requirements Include:
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
-Resume/cover letter writing expertise
-Must possess beverage industry experience.
-Must possess recruiting experience with sales & marketing positions
