Senior Recruiter  

In this dynamic role, you will be working directly with the Human Capital team in achieving our aggressive hiring goals.  This is an ideal position for someone who can work independently and in teams in a fast-paced and ever changing environment. The position is located in our office in downtown San Diego.  

Responsibilities:

Recruiting for highly skilled technical roles 

Proactively sourcing passive candidates from job boards, networking sites, professional associations, and through referrals 

Tracking key recruiting metrics        

Providing innovative suggestions on recruiting techniques       

Assisting with coordination of recruitment meetings, training sessions, and orientation for new employees  

Requirements:

2-5 years prior HR or recruiting experience

A love for finding “needle in a haystack” candidates

Adept at recruiting candidates through non-traditional recruiting methods 

High sense of urgency

Ability to multi-task

Communication - superb communication skills, both oral and written

Self Starter - a passion for the business, positive with a can-do attitude, as well as the ability to effectively manage oneself and prioritize 

Passion with a "Whatever it takes" attitude
