This opportunity is about people. We spend our time talking to potential candidates for real estate mentoring. As a recruiter, you will develop sourcing plans, employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, identify appropriate candidates, screen and select, and recommend appropriate candidates. You play a critical role in recommending the best candidates in the marketplace for a premier real estate investment college.
Our "Recruiters" also pre-qualify potential mentoring candidates. We describe the overall opportunity to the candidates and determine a compatible vision, compatibility, and goals.
We use several tools and Business Development personnel to interview our candidates and complete the information that is the opportunity. The same personnel are constantly available to our Recruiters and candidates to answer follow up questions. What we are looking for are self-starters, organized, motivated, fearless and persuasive entrepreneurs.
This is a 1099 position, 100% commission situation. You may work full or part time. We need partners at all commitment levels. We have found recruiters, sales people, business developers, and bankers to be excellent in this role.
While it is highly recommended, it is not necessary to purchase our college’s education products.
Local candidates are preferred.
