We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Contract Recruiter located at our new York, PA Manufacturing/Distribution facility.  The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for the execution of effective recruiting strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high quality talent for the York facility.  This role will include partnering with the State of Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor, HR staff and Plant Management to fill 250+ hourly plant positions.

A BS/MS degree in HR or related field is preferred.  A minimum of 3 years of recent recruiting experience is required. Interviewing, behavioral assessment techniques and creative sourcing is also required.  Experience in manufacturing/plant recruiting is preferred.  High-volume, non-exempt recruitment experience is also preferred.

Must have the ability to interact and foster relations with all levels of the organization & handle changing priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment.  Strong verbal & written communications, customer-service and negotiation skills are needed, along with experience in web-based recruiting technology.

 

This position must be located onsite in York, PA (no telecommuting).  We are not providing relocation assistance.
