Description
Short term recruitment contract assignment (approx 6 weeks) for plumbing and HVAC wholesale business. Prior experience recruiting for plumbing and/or HVAC industry is required. This position would consist mostly of sourcing candidates for sales oriented roles and developing a pipeline of qualified talent to be considered for future positions. This contract will last for approx 6 weeks and will require approx. 20 hours per week. Position may be performed from a remote work environment
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
• Obtains qualified applicant pool using various recruiting methods and tools
• Interviews and screens potential candidates for current or future position needs
• Conducts information sessions with managers to determine personnel/position requirements
• Obtain information on competitors, industry changes, market salary structure
• Performs administrative tasks and follow-up with candidates and managers
Minimum Qualifications:Prior experience recruiting for Plumbing and/or HVAC industry is required Minimum of 3 years of previous recruitment experiencePrior experience cold calling and sourcing candidates in confidential mannerKnowledge of recruiting tools and systems
