We are taking our virtual company to BreakthroughIT Version 2.0 and looking for talent to help us get there and to free us up to work on our new technology platform.

In this position you will recruit on IT, business and pharma openings and also develop new clients through networking and leveraging relationships.   We work nationally through various MSP's on contract positions and work direct for our "direct hire" clients.  Our clients include companies such as Pfizer, Abbott Labs, Fox News and many others.  

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• A senior recruiter/relationship builder with proven success and 3-5 plus years of agency experience. (Could also be ideal for someone who has been working independently but wants to join a team and be part of growing a company)
• Experience working in a high volume recruiting environment on various positions in a day
• Must have experience using web based ATS-Maxhire would be a plus!
• Quantifiable success working on deadline driven, fast paced positions.
• Someone who enjoys leveraging relationships and turning them into clients.
• Someone with the talent to see "the opening" and  understand  the bottom line of a requirement.  
• Experience working on hundreds of different flavors of technical positions.
• Should be a serial optimist and have a driven personality.
• Should enjoy new challenges and enjoy working both independently and as part of team.
• Must be interested in upside potential with a strong belief in one’s abilities to make things happen.
• Must prefer to work on commission based compensation—if not, please do not apply.
• Must have a strong eye for detail.
• Must have advanced MS Office skills especially in Word
• Must have a passion for making things happen and working with all different types of reqs and people.
