Curzon Staffing is seeking a self motivated, confident Senior Staffing or Recruiting Manager who sees the big picture.  We are a boutique full service staffing firm specializing in administrative, accounting and non profit positions at all levels.  We are in our twenty-first year and our offices are located in Old Town Alexandria, VA

Successful candidate must love the challenge of finding that needle in the haystack candidate, prospecting for new client business, making great matches and being able to multi-task in a fast paced sales and marketing environment.  You will be interfacing both face to face and by telephone with both job seekers and employers.

Curzon will provide you with all of the industry tools necessary to your success including state of the art staffing software, friendly and professional working environment, interactive website, community and industry affiliations.

This role has the potential to move quickly into an executive level management position for the candidate that brings their leadership, management and business development skills to the table.
