Summary: Administers, coordinates, and oversees the functions associated throughout the recruitment life cycle for online instructors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
· Assists in the development of online instructor staffing and recruitment plan. Implements plan to develop qualified candidate pool for online instructor positions.
· Recruits, screens, interviews, and selects online instructors to fill needed positions, and prepares contracts for potential online instructors.
· Develops relationships with organizations within the community to foster interest to online instructors.
· Develops and maintains staffing metrics, analyzes performance and provides recommendations for improvements.
· Provides reporting, as required, on staffing metrics and results.· Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college; Master’s degree preferred. Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Online instruction or experience as a student a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Human Resource systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Other Skills and Abilities: Position requires two years previous recruiting experience.
