Boys Town is changing the way America cares for children and families by providing and promoting a continuum of care that strengthens body, mind and spirit.As our a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide experience in proactively prospecting, identifying, and recruiting qualified candidates using various modalities including; extensive internet mining, advertisement (various media), cold-calling and extensive networking. You will provide and display extensive leadership qualities through-out Boys Town. As our Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner you will be engaging in direct and indirect recruiting efforts for sourcing, identifying, qualifying, interviewing, networking and presenting candidates to various department managers within multi-sites. You will partner with your Director in developing recruiting workflow process, recruiting best practice and procedures.To be considered for this unique opportunity you will need:
- Experience recruiting at all levels of talent spanning across multiple departments and sites as well as areas of expertise.
- Exemplary Leadership qualities.
- Five to seven years of strong recruiting/sourcing experience in a combined corporate or professional staffing agency environment.
- Must have experience in developing and executing recruiting processes, procedures and best practice.
- Candidates with an Executive Search background will be highly considered.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable and a champion of change management
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Management, or other related field is a must.
