Recruiter/Talent Manager

Description
The Talent Manager will be responsible for driving the recruitment
strategy and executing the plan. This person will partner with the
leadership team to source active and passive job seekers, match
candidates to jobs based on our client’s needs, and lead the interview
and on-boarding process for all new hires.
What’s your role?
- Quickly recruit top talent for all open positions
- Work closely with Client Solution’s Director to ensure best-in-class client service
- Partner with marketing to help drive top talent into the network
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and strategies
- Generate creative ways to find passive and active job seekers for challenging positions

What do you need?
- 2+ years of proven recruitment experience tapping into passive and active job seekers, including sourcing and qualifying
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Excellent writing skills
- Proven track record of using creative resources to source top talent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Work well independently (this position will serve as the sole recruiter)
- Open mind, a hint of creativity, and the ability to adapt well to change
- Bachelor’s Degree
