Established Boutique retained executive search firm, HQ in Northern, NJ looking for seasoned recruiter to join our team. 

Recruiting responsibility includes:

 - Manage and execute all aspects of assigned searches across Healthcare, Technology, Consumer Electonics and CPG Industries, cross functionally.  

 - Work with partners to build search strategy, research and identify candidates, manage research and project associate team members, candidate development, and presentation, customer relationship management, reporting and tracking. 

Position will be based in Northern, NJ office.  No relocation.
