The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting for all SNC positions. The Recruiter will also support Enterprise recruiting, as needed The Recruiter is also responsible to support other HR projects, as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Technical Recruiter will seek qualified applicants in accordance with SNC's business needs.
• Identifies and utilizes recruiting resources such as the internet, resume databases, job fairs, etc.
• Coordinates internal and external job postings.
• Responsibly submits and tracks all applicants through the Applicants Tracking System.
• Efficiently coordinates and conducts telephone and on-site interviews.
• Pre-qualifies, and pre-screens applicants.
• Identifies contract labor effectively and follows the Labor Resource procedures accordingly.
• Assist with conducting thorough reference checks. • Negotiates salaries and extends offers.
• Assists in AAP,VETS 100 and EEO reporting.
• Administers the Application and Recruiting Database (new hire requisitions etc.).
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with HR projects as required. Supports HRIS projects as needed. Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 5 plus years of experience in recruiting exempt and non-exempt level positions.
• BS/BA degree or HR certificate a plus.
• Must have previous aviation/defense recruiting experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Knowledge of employment laws and requirements as necessary.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and the Internet required.
• This position requires strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• This position handles confidential information therefore, the individual must be discrete.
