Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers, a leader in the field of Brain Injury Rehabilitation is seeking a fulltime Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

Responsbilities include:

◊ Analyze resumes and conduct initial phone and face to face interviews. 

◊ Research, identify, and locate candidates through innovative search methods – includes cold-calling, networking, internet search tools and mining.

◊ Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide direction throughout the process.

◊ Communicate and provide direction and strategies for hard-to-fill positions.

◊ Research, develop,  implement  and recruitment/sourcing strategy.

◊ Manage requisition timeline.

◊ Maintain communications candidates throughout the process.

 ◊Process management and improvement.

 Job Requirements:

◊ Bachelors Degree in a related field of study 

◊ Experience in a corporate recruitment and/or agency recruitment experience specifically for Health Care Industry

◊ Strong commitment to hiring managers and candidate service (eg. responsive to emails, phone calls, and maintaining communications with candidates)

◊ Project Management experience is a plus

◊ Effective PC/Microsoft Office skills – technically savvy

◊ Previous use and knowledge of ATS systems and other recruiting tools

◊ Effective Internet skills to include Boolean search expertise and creative/innovative researching knowledge

◊ High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive

◊ Ability to work in a highly functioning team environment 

◊ Must have a good driving record

◊ Local travel required
