Position Purpose:
The Manager, Strategic Account Manager GSC (Global Support Canter) Recruiting, is responsible for meeting the JIT (Just in Time) and proactive future Pipelining demands of the GSC business though the Identification, Assessment and Attraction of key talent to Avanade. You will work closely with leadership on the implementation of Global or Area recruiting programs and strategies that align to the Worldwide Talent Acquisition Strategy/Plan while acting as a Strategic Account Manager/Consultant to the HR and GSC businesses.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute recruiting strategies, programs and initiatives to meet JIT and future proactive Pipelining Talent demand
· Execute innovative and cost-effective recruiting plans to meet growth objectives
· Leading, orienting, coaching and mentoring other recruiting resources
· Work closely with the Director of America’s Recruiting and HR Director for the Global Service Center (GSC) in setting the strategy for GSC recruiting.
· Operate as a Strategic Account Manager/Consultant in supporting the aligned business
· In collaboration with global and other regional recruitment management, implement key programs that serve as a talent magnet and candidate vehicle in attracting and retaining talent.
· Understanding market conditions for targeted sources and preparing distinct and effective Sourcing Channel recruiting approaches to those markets and Talent Pools
· Developing and maintaining sources of hires including employee referrals, internet, diversity, executive recruiting resources, and campus recruiting and professional groups and develop key analytics that show opportunities for optimization and course correction where necessary
· Developing budgets and managing forecast
· Refining and managing consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a highly positive candidate experience and recruiter/ hiring manager efficiencies while improving the identification and assessment of quality talent for the America’s
· Identifying and capturing relevant recruitment performance metrics; improving effectiveness of data capture and analysis, using information to identify trends, driving change and assessing progress
· Ensuring recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with EEO guidelines
Requirements
· Experience working in the Information Technology industry (preferably consulting service experience)
· Seasoned senior level recruiter with 7+ years of experience in the Talent/Recruitment function
· Working knowledge and professional experience in the development of a strategic recruiting methodology and approach.
· Must have a minimum of 3-5 years functional experience with direct partnership experience with senior leadership.
· Experience in improving end-to-end recruitment process and program organizational, communication, and written skills are a must.
· Flare for creative and out-of-the-box recruitment sourcing and enhancing the candidate experience.
· Functional experience in a matrix and collaborative environment.
· Strong program and project management background preferred
· Must possess strong business acumen, the ability to drive results through others, strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent process orientation
· Demonstrated ability building effective relationships and impacting decision making
· Demonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing, and geographically disperse environment
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills – ‘Customer Focus’
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Windows environment.
· Must be a team player with willingness to take on responsibility while delivering timely customer service.
· Certification in behavioral interviewing is a plus.
