We are currently seeking to hire both a Director and Senior Director of Account Management.  Our Account Managers report to our SVP Sales, and manage our extensive roster of tier one underwriters, sponsors and corporate clients to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and engagement.  The primary responsibilities of these positions are to build and maintain relationships with our clients that lead to the highest levels of customer satisfaction as well as new business opportunities for both the client and HCI, Understand each client’s needs and goals and be able to match those needs to HCI’s products and services, Actively manage the client on a day-to-day basis- keep them informed, engaged and satisfied, Navigate, integrate and manage on behalf of the client HCI’s products and services, ensuring the appropriate product and service is provided to meet the member need, Educate clients on the benefits of HCI’s products and services and the integrated capabilities of the company through the compelling articulation of our business model and value proposition, Create customized account plans for each client, outlining service delivery and revenue growth strategies, Collaborate with executives and staff in HCI’s business units to ensure timely, targeted and high-value delivery of all products and services, Collaborate with HCI’s sales force to identify and execute upon additional business opportunities.Qualifications:2-10 years of experience in related business models and tasks, including a proven track record for excellence in sales, account management and growth, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills, Excellent commercial skills- proposing and closing deals, negotiating price points, securing renewed and new business, Poise and grace under pressure, Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record for meeting aggressive deadlines, Attention to detail,  A deep commitment to and joy in service to our clients, Strong oral and written communication skills, High levels of integrity, maturity and confidence, Sound judgment, responsibility and enthusiasm,  Strong commitment to our mission and core values and  Bachelor’s degree required
