Senior Analyst, Research DivisionWe are currently seeking to hire a Senior Analyst to help lead and support our research division. Our research division produces insightful content- both qualitative and quantitative- that drives the debate and improves the state of practice in the human capital space. The primary responsibilities of the Senior Analyst are to Design and produce research studies that provide our members, clients and underwriters with new, insightful, actionable information on the human capital management space, Identify the compelling problems in need of investigation in strategic human capital management, Conduct detailed research interviews with executive practioners and thought leaders, Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies which uncover new insights and practical recommendation on how individuals and companies can succeed in this area, Write research reports with clear compelling prose that speaks to and engages a senior executive audience, Partner with our client service and sales staff to help communicate the value of working with HCI’s research business.QUALIFICATIONS:2-7 years of experience in related business models and tasks, including a proven track record in research aimed at a business audience, Experience with and knowledge of HR, GM and business strategy issues as they present for a senior executive audience, Strong analytic skills that produce insightful, actionable recommendations for a senior executive audience, Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record for meeting aggressive deadlines, Self directing- able to work with little direct supervision, Attention to detail, A deep commitment to and joy in service- to our members, our clients, and our underwriters, Strong oral and written communication skills, High levels of integrity, maturity and confidence, Sound judgment, responsibility and enthusiasm, Strong commitment to our mission and core values Please send cover letter and resume to careers@hci.org
