The Talent Acquisition Manager, Executive Level Searches, will personally manage and execute executive level searches and work with senior leaders across the company. This is a significant growth opportunity given Corinthian’s growth trajectory. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have a highly visible role in bringing future leaders to business who will have a significant impact on the success of the company.
This Manager will also oversee the newly created Campus Pipeline Initiative and resources (2-4 individuals) in sourcing, research and candidate development for openings in the field.

Requirements:
· 7-10 years of experience in recruiting, search and corporate talent acquisition functions, ideally with a combination of corporate and executive search firm experience.
· Demonstrated consultative skills to execute on high level searches and work with senior managers in identifying and hiring appropriate talent into the organization.
· Ability to travel nationwide approximately 15%.
