Position Summary:
The Recruiter - Talent Management is responsible for providing recruitment services for the employment of directors, managers, administrative support employees, allied health professionals/technicians and ancillary support employees across MultiCare Health System.
Individuals should have well-developed sourcing skills using a full range of recruitment tools/strategies and strong internal consulting skills.
Must have the ability to manage a high requisition workload while maintaining excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Minimum Requirements:
Three years Human Resources recruitment experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Strong working knowledge of employment law including EEO, ADA, Affirmative Action and other regulatory requirements.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
