We are seeking a qualified, entrepreneurial and very talented Lead Recruiter to support the continued growth of our agency.  This in an exciting industry and position, offering a wealth of opportunity for creativity, autonomy, and challenge.  

The Lead Contract Recruiter will assume responsibility for the entire recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to offer.  This position will also be responsible for proactive candidate selection and creative sourcing efforts to hire star talent with a variety of expertise: Technology, Strategy, Client Engagement, Media & Marketing, Search, Site Optimization, User Experience, Creative, Design, and others.  They will also work collaboratively with the Recruiting and Human Resources teams, hiring managers and senior leaders to support the Razorfish organizational, business, and human capital objectives.

 Core Duties/Responsibilities: 

Full recruitment lifecycle including:

  • Sourcing & identifying candidates
  • Screening & administering assessments
  • Managing hiring manager expectations
  • Negotiating offers & ''Closing'' candidates
  • Implementing Recruitment strategies
  • Maintaining reporting & metrics
  • Utilizing Applicant Tracking System
 Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 7 years experience recruiting in professional services, advertising, marketing, or technology companies.
  • Must have technology-related or advertising agency recruiting experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience desired.
  • Proven creative candidate sourcing techniques & abilities required.
  • Outstanding computer skills.
Position available immediately. This is a 3 month contract with great potential for becoming a full-time employee.
