VP, Relationship Management
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develops and implements business plans and strategies to develop and enhance invaluable client relationships within the MSP organization.
- Leads the client relationship team to expand existing client relationships, improve clients satisfaction, strengthen client commitment, ensure client retention and SOW compliance and increase account revenue.
- Creates and manages key matrix at all levels to ensure regular communication with all key stakeholders and senior management.
- Identifies and closes any gaps or issues preventing clients from agreeing to be reference clients.
- Ensures MSP program management fills requisitions as early as possible to achieve spend management targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise is sales process.
- Manages successful transitions between Sales, Solution Services, Solution Deployment, and Solution Operations and Relationship Management to ensure high quality while reducing cost of sales.
- Creates pipeline of internal and external recruits to fulfill client resource demand that is aligned with Solution Services sales forecast. Ensures strategy is in place to fill future client demand and develop talent.
- Develops and mentors high performer relationship managers while supporting overall talent development with Relationship Management team.
- Finalizes team organization structure, goals and targets for upcoming fiscal year and develops and utilizes account planning approach.
- Conducts stakeholder mapping efforts to manage appropriate relationships.
- Secures thought leadership, speaking and publishing opportunities for Program Management execution and best practices.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of Relationship Management/Business Development.
- Proven success selling and managing relationships.
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing with excellent presentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of report writing; strategic planning and project planning with an understanding of utilizing resources and communication and implementing agreed upon policy.
- Innovative approach to resolving client and internal issues in order to create the most cost-effective, deliverable solutions.
