The Manager of Leadership Recruitment and Staffing Solutions oversees the development and execution of corporate nursing recruitment and retention strategies. Reporting to the corporate director of employment services, this position is responsible for:
· Conducting interviews for nursing management positions throughout NYP.
· Supervising international nursing recruitment, supplemental staffing and other programs.
· Collaborating with nursing recruitment staff and employment and nursing management to implement effective strategies.
To qualify you must have a bachelor’s degree, current NYS RN licensure and five to seven years’ nursing recruitment experience. A master’s degree is preferred.
