Human Capital Management (HCM) with Military or DoD experience - US Citizen/Clearable

Celerity is seeking a Human Capital Management (HCM) resource to work at the Pentagon for a long term contract.

Strong candidate will have the following:

" US Citizen and clearable (Active Secret Clearance ideal)
" 5+ years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
" DOD/HR or Military/HR experience - priority
" Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities will included:

" Help Developing hiring and onboarding process
" Development of job requisition, pre-screening of candidates
" Preparing packages to initiate hiring actions, incorporating feedback from hiring managers and HR specialists
" Supporting performance management processes, distributing materials, and tracking to 100% completion
" Facilitating and tracking onboarding progress for new TFBSO personnel, including defining and documenting processes
" Working closely with Manager, Resourcing, and providing regular updates to Deputy Director, TFBSO
