Catalyst Recruitment Partners is a Retained Executive, Technical and Management search firm based in the Chicago suburbs representing global companies in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, and Consumer Manufactured Goods markets. Our work environment is fast paced, project oriented and all activities are centered on our ability to satisfy our diverse retained client base.
Due to increased workload, we are seeking to recruit an energetic part-time, experienced Names Generation Researcher.The Names Generation Researcher will be responsible for working day to day with the recruiter to source and identify qualified candidates. Names generation is accomplished using both the internet and direct calling into companies. The individual must also possess knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and be able to carry out email campaigns to attract new candidates. With the explosion of social media, the individual must have knowledge of the different social media outlets (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter).Since we work in a virtual office environment (in home-based offices) communication skills, work ethics and commitment must be exceptional. Requirements Qualifications § BS/BA is expected§ Demonstrated understanding of the latest research tools and sourcing methodologies is expected§ Experience with in-house and off-the-shelf database systems is expected§ Experience using the latest social media sites is expected§ Comfortable making numerous telephone calls and cold calling§ Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is expected§ Experience in the search industry is a plus
