Requirements: 

• Two or more years experience supporting senior level technical recruiting, preferably within the financial services industry. 
• Advanced technical sourcing and screening skills, with a demonstrated ability to locate candidates with current experience developing trading applications (C++, C#, and .Net on both Linux/ Unix and Windows platforms)
• The ability to work well independently, with strong detail and customer orientation
