About us: We are DaVita Inc., the largest provider of dialysis services in the United States for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure, also known as end stage renal disease, or ESRD. We currently operate or provide administrative services to approximately 1500 outpatient dialysis centers located in 41 states and the District of Columbia, serving approximately 104,000 patients.
We are currently searching for a SUPERSTAR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP RECRUITER to help us take us to the next level!
About this position: This is position will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Clinical Leadership positions within the northeast region. This role will require a proactive, creative approach to sourcing candidates as well as an extreme sense of urgency (we work in an ever-changing dynamic environment). After all, what could be more critical than having the right leader in place? We need out-of-the box thinkers with new, fresh, aggressive approaches to locating the best and the brightest leadership talent! In addition, this position will require someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and cold call/network with candidates to get to the best players. Looking for the opportunity to put your consultative and coaching skills to work? This role will help to guide our managers through the selection process ensuring that we are using the right tools and techniques to ensure the perfect match. Are you up for the challenge?
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Leadership Recruiting experience, we prefer healthcare, specifically experience recruiting for clinical management positions
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- A relentless passion for recruiting and what we do
- Proficient with advance sourcing techniques (such as AIRS and social recruiting)
- The ability to build and maintain solid relationships with hiring managers and provide a high-touch, high-quality experience for all candidates
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong phone presence
- Exceptional follow-up skills
- An extreme sense of urgency
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and MS office to track and report candidate and job statistics
- The ability to travel up to 15%
