Pennsylvania Rehab Group is a growth-oriented healthcare staffing provider that is seeking a motivated, experienced Senior Recruiter who can serve as a core for our in-house recruiting team.
Pennsylvania Rehab Group is a leading provider of therapy staffing services. Founded in 2001, Pennsylvania Rehab Group has expanded to service clients throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania by providing staffing of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and medical social workers to a mix of clients including home health agencies, outpatient therapy clinics, acute care hospitals and assisted living facilities.
Pennsylvania Rehab Group has the opportunity for rapid and sustained growth within our core business as well as adjacent markets and plans to capitalize on this opportunity by developing a skilled and experienced in-house recruiting function. The Senior Recruiter will become the core of a successful and growing group of recruiters and sales executives.
Job ResponsibilitiesA successful candidate for the Senior Recruiter position will be a dynamic, organized, focused and self-motivated leader who will serve as the primary recruiter for Pennsylvania Rehab Group.
The Senior Recruiter will:
1. Source candidates through the use of multiple recruiting tools including cold calling, direct mail, internet postings, college and graduate schools, network building and referrals.
2. Manage candidates throughout the hiring and placement process including telephone screening, on-site and off-site interviewing, offer creation, candidate communication, candidate negotiations, recruitment process compliance and final placement.
3. Coordinate closely with the President of company to develop successful recruiting processes and tools for the company.
4. Build a robust and scalable internal recruiting system in partnership with the President of the company.
5. Serve as the core of the in-house recruiting function by helping to develop management systems, mentorship and team development.
Minimum Job Qualifications· Self-motivated with desire for exceptional achievement
· Proven team player with notable leadership skills
· Demonstrated success in healthcare recruiting with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (allied health recruiting experience is preferred but not required)
· Bachelors degree required
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
