The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for working with internal managers and key university/college campuses externally to fill co-op, internship, Summer Student, and New Grad positions within RIM - USA. The Recruiter establishes and fosters a consultative relationship with RIM hiring managers through close working relationships with various Business Units across all RIM-USA locations, in addition to identifying and establishing relationships with key Engineering/Science and Business schools. The Campus Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates using a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, the RIM website, Career Fairs/Information/Networking sessions on-campus. Other responsibilities include providing instruction and assistance to all job applicants, educating RIM hiring managers on acceptable recruitment processes and policies, and working with Organizational Development (OD) Generalists to effectively plan for current and future staffing requirements.
ESSENTIAL
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business/Human Resources, or a related
discipline
Four years of Recruitment experience required, with
Campus/College
Recruitment experience preferred
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
Proven experience working in a high-volume fast-paced
environment, preferably in a high tech, corporate or university/college setting
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability
to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all levels of
the organization and diverse client groups
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
Strong MS Office skills, Excel in particular
ASSETS
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
