PwC's Internal Firm Services (IFS) staff members provide strategic services to our internal clients in the areas of Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Infrastructure, Knowledge Management, Learning & Education (L&E), Marketing & Sales, National Special Functions, Office of the General Counsel (OGC), and Risk Management. PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently seeking a qualified individual for the following position:

The Market Sourcing (Recruiting) Manager is responsible for campus recruiting within the assigned geographic market. The Market Sourcing Manager hires entry level staff for assigned Assurance, Advisory, and Tax Lines of Service (LoS) within the market.
Job Duties
Review market position requirements in conjunction with staffing need and related business caseDetermine campus recruiting strategy at assigned school(s); manage faculty relations
Plan, execute and participate in internal and external recruiting eventsMaintain strong working relationships with Client Service (Assurance, Tax & Advisory) and HR colleagues; keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activities
Screen, interview and assess candidates; recommend other interviewersSelect candidates to receive/not receive offers, determine offer package, obtain approval for offer; communicate offer/rejection to candidates and follow up on offers to achieve acceptance
Answer non-routine questions from candidates and recruiting sources (e.g., schools, agencies, etc.)
Implement Line of Service (LoS)-specific recruiting programs in the market Assist with the career development of other Sourcing team members
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and Firm compliance requirements throughout the recruiting processImplement strategic recruiting initiatives for the market (e.g., diversity hiring events, Employee Referral Program, etc.)
Maintain a network for potential candidates within the market community
Performance Metrics
Acceptance rate of offers
Achievement of quality and quantity hiring goals overall and diversity hiring goals
Achieve intern and INROADS intern conversion rates
Percentage of INROADS interns returning for another internship

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services firm that demonstrates steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities.
