PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently seeking an Experienced Recruiting Director - Assurance Sourcing Leader to lead the Center Of Excellence COE) Assurance Sourcing team. This individual will have overall responsibility for sourcing executive level hires (Managing Directors and above) for the Assurance practice and candidates at all levels for certain national practices and priority Line of Service (LOS) needs through the full life cycle to offer (regardless of the level) by sourcing. The Assurance Sourcing Leader develops and take ownership of national executive agency relationships. As a subject matter expert in the area of sourcing, this individual will provide guidance and build skills of the recruiters in the local markets in effective sourcing techniques. This individual will consult with and stay connected to the national LOS/practice leaders and National Experienced Sourcing Director to drive the PwC sourcing strategy.
Responsibilities of the Experienced Recruiting Director - Assurance Sourcing Leader including:
Strategy Planning & AnalyticsDevelopment of Executive Search plans for Assurance needs
Meet with Market Sourcing Leaders and Market Sourcing Team periodically to review and understand sourcing needs and to provide updates on sourcing techniques
Share best practices with members of National Sourcing team and throughout the country, as needed
Consult with and stay connected to the Assurance practice leaders and National Experienced Sourcing Leader to drive PwC sourcing strategy
Sourcing
Screening/Sourcing/Hiring for Executive level needs (MD and above)Development of sourcing tools (websites, modification of Careercurve for Executive level postings, search engines) to source for Executive level needs
Managing Executive Search relationships for Executive level needs as neededScreening/Sourcing/Hiring for all levels for certain national practices
Train and guide Market Sourcing Leaders and Market Recruiters on use of sourcing tools (websites, modification of Career Curve for Executive level postings, search engines) and sourcing techniques to source for Market needs Screening/Sourcing/Hiring for Assurance priority needs through the full life cycle to offer, regardless of levelAnalyzing sourcing data and results, compare to performance objectives and make adjustments as necessary
Coaching & Development
Coach and develop National Assurance Sourcing Team, determine their work assignments, provide informal and formal performance feedback
Ensure that the National Assurance Sourcing team is updating and maintaining Career Curve Executive database in a timely manner and according to national reporting schedules
Coach and develop Market Recruiters in sourcing techniques and best practices in sourcing
Generate Performance Feedback Forms (PFFs) throughout the year to primary stakeholdersProvide upward feedback in a timely manner in accordance with level and time with the firmProvide feedback to market sourcers where appropriate
Job Requirements Minimum of 7-12 years related full-cycle experience recruiting/leadership background
Prior Assurance recruiting experience strongly preferred
Education Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
Travel Requirements:
40-60%
