PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently seeking Experienced Recruiting - Tax Sourcing Managers, to work in one of PwC's regional locations. Our Experienced Sourcing Managers are considered experts in the area of sourcing. They are geographically diverse, not embedded into one market.  The individual hired for this position will focus on increasing the overall pipeline of Tax candidates into the region's markets, managing relationships with Tax practice leaders, training market recruiters in effective sourcing techniques, and sourcing managing director and partner candidates.  While the Tax Sourcing Manager will focus on sourcing Tax client service staff,  in the event of a priority need, they will work with the national experienced sourcing leader to align the market sourcing teams to address these needs.  

Responsibilities of the Tax Sourcing Manager include: 

Sourcing:

Serving as a subject matter expert in the area of sourcing - provide guidance and build skills of the recruiters in the local markets in effective sourcing techniques

Meet with Market Sourcing Leaders and Market Sourcing Team periodically to review and understand sourcing needs and to provide updates on sourcing techniques

Sourcing, Screening, Hiring for Executive level needs (Managing Director and above and some directors)- Source Tax priority needs through the full life cycle to offer, regardless of level

Screening, Sourcing, and Hiring for Tax client service positions all levels

Train and guide Market Sourcing Leaders and Market Recruiters on use of sourcing tools (websites, modification of Career Curve for Executive level   postings, search engines) and sourcing techniques to source for Market needs

Consult with and stay connected to the appropriate Tax leaders and National Experienced Sourcing Leader to drive PwC sourcing strategy

Take ownership of national Agency relationships where appropriate 

Coaching & Development:

Coach and develop Market Recruiters in sourcing techniques and best practices in sourcing

Generate Performance Feedback Forms (PFFs) throughout the year to primary stakeholdersProvide upward feedback in a timely manner in accordance with level and time with the firm

Provide feedback to market sourcers where appropriate

Share best practices with members of National Sourcing team and throughout the country, as needed

Job Requirements:    

Minimum of 5-8 years related full-cycle experienced recruiting background Prior Tax recruiting experience strongly preferred 

Education Requirements:  

Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience                                                                                                                                                                    

Travel Requirements:
