PwC's Internal Firm Services (IFS) staff members provide strategic services to our internal clients in the areas of Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Infrastructure, Knowledge Management, Learning & Education (L&E), Marketing & Sales, National Special Functions, Office of the General Counsel (OGC), and Risk Management.
The Market Sourcing Leader (MSL) has overall cross Line of Service including Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Internal Firm Services (xLoS) responsibility for campus and experienced recruiting within the assigned market. The MSL develops and oversees the execution of Market recruiting in a major Market and/or a market with heavy dispersion and concentration of Priority Schools and high volume referral network activity.
Strategic & Technical Orientation:
Deep sourcing expertise and broad understanding of each LoS and Internal Firm Services (IFS).
The sourcing leader with recognized sourcing subject matter expertise to the Market Leadership team.
Range of Impact:
High degree of independence and influence over the Market sourcing in the execution of sourcing strategy.
Control over several Priority Schools with high volume referral network activity.
Strategy Planning & Analytics:
Establish market recruiting strategy and targets xLoS and for each LoS and IFS.
Analyze recruiting data and results, compare to strategy and targets, communicate status to market and national leaders, determine and implement resulting action plan.
Sourcing:
Using guidance from the Center of Excellence (COE), plan strategic recruiting initiatives for the market (e.g., diversity hiring events, Employee Referral Program, etc.).
Maintain strong working relationships with Client Service and HR colleaguesDetermine market recruiting budget and school-specific campus recruiting budgets.
Plan strategy for Client Service involvement in recruiting.
Serve as market expert regarding recruiting not only for the Sourcing team but also for Client Service and HR colleagues.
Oversee execution of sourcing activities in market and liase with national COE Liaison with Global Mobility team regarding hiring needs in the market (e.g., to post local hiring needs globally, etc.).
Lead, coach and develop the market Sourcing team.
Manage market-level recruiting agency relationships.
Maintain a network for potential candidates within the market community Manage sourcing of contractors and temps.
Conducts Market Recruiter responsibilities when Market Recruiters are on leave/absent.
Sourcing Metrics:
Acceptance rate Achievement of quality and quantity hiring goals overall and on diversity goals Intern conversion rates, INROADS intern conversion rates Percentage of INROADS interns returning for another internship Days elapsed from requisition to acceptance (experienced hires, contractors and temps only)Percentage of hires who are PwC Alumni
