                    College Recruiter, Plano, TX

We are seeking a College Recruiter to recruit high caliber college students by creating a strong campus relations program to include both entry level management and internship programs.  Full cycle college recruiting from campus through to offers.  Heavy (50%) travel during fall and spring academic semesters. 

Bachelor's degree with 4 years' recruitment experience including 1 year of campus recruitment with a leading company. Willingness and ability to travel 50% during fall and spring semesters. 

                                  Field Recruiter, Plano, TX

We also seek a Field Recruiter responsible for store and distribution center management talent acquisition, hiring district managers, store managers and others. Full cycle recruiting, with heavy emphasis in attracting passive candidates, and ownership of a region’s recruiting from requisition to hire. 

Bachelor’s degree 5 years' full life cycle recruiting experience with a search firm, field or corporate recruiting environment, and highly skilled at cold calling/networking. Accomplished with interviewing, relationship building, and persuasion/negotiation; is resilient and able to handle multiple requisitions at various stages in a tight time frame.
