is looking for an Ad Agency Account Manager to join our Sales Team. We are an

responsible for creating and developing new processes and strategies that will

Responsibilities:
- Fully manage all new and existing recruitment advertising agency accounts including relationship management and service, handling customization and feature requests, creating and planning meetings and presentations, and ensuring deliverables according to pre-set timelines.
- Selling and up-selling ad agencies on our OneClick product, new product features, and network integration.
- Attending trade shows and events to promote and attract new recruitment advertising agencies.
Required Skills:
- 1 - 3 years proven B2B sales experience
- Previous experience working with or for Advertising Agencies preferred
- Previous experience working with job boards/career centers preferred
- Experience working in a recruiting firm or Human Resources department is preferred
- Intermediate - advanced computer skills required
- Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office suite and Internet applications required
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Hard worker, self-motivated and highly organized
- Dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner
- Strong initiative and desire to achieve
- Able to self-motivate and work independently
