Responsibilities:

• Sell/promote JobTarget’s job board services including Amplify and Complete
• Negotiate discounts and rates with job boards
• Identify and pass leads to direct sales team
• Pro-actively work with direct sales team to identify job boards for partnership
• Work with direct sales team timetables to negotiate discounts or bulk purchase under tight deadlines

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in media buying or other advertising agency environment preferred
• Previous experience working with job boards/career centers preferred
• Intermediate - advanced computer skills
• Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office suite and Internet Applications
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Hard worker, self-motivated and highly organized
• Dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner
• Strong initiative and desire to achieve
• Experience selling advertising preferred
• Experience selling to large, complex accounts with multiple decision makers
• Able to self-motivate and work independently
• Experience working in recruiting firms, HR Departments and/or Advertising Agencies is preferred
