CRA’s Human Resources Department has an immediate opening for an Intermediate/Senior Recruiter in our Buffalo Office. We are seeking an individual who aspires to become an active employee in a vibrant, well-established worldwide engineering, environmental, construction, and IT consulting firm. We offer a compensation package fully commensurate with experience.With a focus on talent acquisition your primary responsibilities for this role will include:
Duties
- Building partnerships with hiring managers at all levels, impacting and influencing management on best practices for hiring
- Leveraging relationships with hiring managers to conduct effective full-cycle recruiting across the US
- Utilizing cost-effective sources (internet, direct search, referrals, advertising and networking) to generate qualified candidates
- Executing and implementing recruitment projects and initiatives at a corporate level
- Managing internal recruitment and referrals
- Manage college recruitment activities and build relationships
- Preparing Monthly Open Requisition Report and other metrics
- Organizing and attending job fairs throughout the US
- Provide support to Canadian recruitment efforts
- University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience working independently managing the Full Cycle Recruiting process
- Proven experience conducting behavioral Interviews
- Experience Recruiting in a Engineering Consulting Firm is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency
- MS office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated resourcefulness
- Proven organizational, time management and negotiation skills
- History of building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Proven experience recruiting in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Communication skills (oral and written)
- Adaptable with willingness to learn and take on new recruiting initiatives
